🚚 How long does my order take to arrive?
Our products are made on demand. Production time is 2–5 business days, plus shipping time:
- Continental United States: 3–8 business days
- Puerto Rico and territories: 5–10 business days
Total estimated time is 5–13 business days from your order date.
✈️ Do you ship to Puerto Rico? Yes! Puerto Rico is included under United States shipping rates. No additional cost.
❌ Can I change or cancel my order? You have a 24-hour window from purchase to request changes or cancellations, as long as the order has not entered production. Contact us as soon as possible at 🔗hola@rpm787clothing.com.
⚠️ What do I do if my product arrived defective? You have 15 calendar days from receiving the product to report any defect. You must complete our🔗 Claims & Returns Form with photos of the defect. Claims via social media or direct messages are not accepted.
🏷️ How do I apply my discount code? During checkout, you will see a field that says "Discount code". Enter your code there and click "Apply". The discount will automatically reflect in your total.
📏 What sizes are available? We offer sizes from XS to 5XL depending on the product. Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches to help you choose the right size.
👕 Are the products good quality? Yes. We work with Printful, one of the most recognized print-on-demand providers in the world. Our products are made with high-quality materials — cotton, recycled polyester, acrylic, and premium blends depending on the type of garment. Each product includes its materials and size guide on the description page. All products meet international safety standards and are for adults.
📦 How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, OnTrac, etc.) to track your package in real time.
🔄 Do you accept returns? We accept returns for manufacturing defects or production errors within 15 calendar days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, as each product is made especially for you. Refunds may take 15–30 business days to process.
