1. Order Processing
All our products are made on-demand (print-on-demand) through our partner Printful, Inc.
This means your order is not shipped immediately, but is first produced.
Processing time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
During this time, your product is printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery Times
Once processed, your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Transit times vary depending on your location:
- Mainland United States: 3 to 8 business days
- U.S. Territories (including islands and remote areas): 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on external factors (weather, package volume, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

The cost is automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped by Printful, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
5. Addresses and Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Recipient absence
- Carrier restrictions in remote areas
In such cases, reshipping costs will be borne by you.
6. Important Note
Due to our on-demand production model, it is not possible to modify, cancel, or redirect an order once it has been processed by Printful (usually within the first 24 hours).
