Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy – RPM 787 Clothing

This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy governs purchases made through the online store RPM 787 Clothing (hereinafter, the “Store”), available at www.rpm787clothing.com, and is drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States of America and, where applicable, the State of New York (NY).

1. GENERAL POLICY
In the United States, there is no general federal obligation to accept returns based on change of mind. However, RPM 787 Clothing voluntarily offers a return and exchange policy under the terms described below, in compliance with consumer protection regulations, including those of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the New York General Business Law.
By making a purchase in our Store, the customer expressly accepts this policy.
2. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you wish to request a product exchange, you may do so under the following conditions:
2.0 Order Cancellations and Changes:
"Customers may request order changes or cancellations within *24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production. Requests must be submitted to hola@rpm787clothing.com. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
2.1 Timeframe
The customer has 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange.
2.2 Procedure
The request must be submitted by sending an email to hola@rpm787clothing.com, providing the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Order date
- Email address and contact number
- Product to be exchanged
- Reason for the exchange
Our team will evaluate the request and respond with the corresponding instructions. Approval of the exchange is subject to verification of compliance with this policy.
2.3 Product Conditions
For the exchange to be approved, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be in perfect condition, clean, and suitable for resale
- Retain original tags and packaging
2.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange results from an error attributable to RPM 787 Clothing.
2.5 Timeframes
The exchange process may take up to 10 business days from the date the returned product is received.
2.6 Limitations
Each order allows for only (1) single exchange.
Products on promotion, clearance, or discount (“Final Sale”) are not eligible for exchange or return, unless they present manufacturing defects.
3. SHIPPING ERROR OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive an incorrect or defective product:
- You must notify us within 15 calendar days following delivery.
- Notification must be sent to hola@rpm787clothing.com, including photographic evidence of the error or defect.
Upon evaluation of the case, if it is confirmed that the error is attributable to RPM 787 Clothing, the Store will assume:
- The cost of collecting the incorrect product
- The shipping of the correct or replacement product
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 Voluntary Returns
RPM 787 Clothing is not legally obligated to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, but voluntarily accepts them under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 15 calendar days following delivery
- The product must meet all conditions indicated in Section 2.3
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
4.2 Excluded Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products (print-on-demand)
- Personal-use items
- Products on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
These exclusions are permitted under U.S. and New York legislation.
5. REFUNDS
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
Cash refunds are not issued.
5.2 Refund Timeframe
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 15 to 30 Business days, depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
5.3 Deductions
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is attributable to the Store.
6. PRODUCTION ERRORS, PRINTFUL, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All products sold by RPM 787 Clothing are manufactured on-demand (print-on-demand) through our provider Printful. This means each item is produced exclusively after the customer places their order.
6.1 Legal Relationship with the Customer
The customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- RPM 787 Clothing is the sole legal seller (merchant of record)
- Printful acts solely as supplier and manufacturer
- The customer has no direct contractual relationship with Printful or Shopify
- Any claim must be submitted exclusively to hola@rpm787clothing.com
6.2 Cases Eligible for Replacement or Refund
RPM 787 Clothing will offer a no-cost replacement or refund, at its sole discretion, only in the following cases:
- Printing error
- Incorrect product shipped
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage occurring during the production process
In these cases, RPM 787 Clothing will manage the claim directly with Printful.
6.3 Cases NOT Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Use, washing, or wear of the product
- Carrier delays unrelated to RPM 787 Clothing
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
6.4 Timeframe and Evidence
- The customer has 15 calendar days from the date of order receipt to report an issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error is mandatory
- Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be processed
6.5 Resolution
Once a claim is approved:
- A no-cost product replacement will be issued, or
- A partial or full refund will be issued, as appropriate
The final decision rests exclusively with RPM 787 Clothing.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
In the event of payments made via credit card, debit card, or other electronic means:
- The customer may initiate a claim directly with their financial institution
- RPM 787 Clothing will respond by providing evidence of on-demand production, delivery, and this policy
- Fraudulent or bad-faith use of chargebacks may result in cancellation of future purchases and legal actions permitted by applicable law.
8. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
This policy primarily applies to purchases made and delivered within the United States.
For international shipments, refunds, exchanges, and returns may be subject to additional restrictions and do not include taxes, duties, or customs charges.

On-Demand Production and Responsibility
RPM 787 Clothing operates under an on-demand production model (Print-on-Demand).
Products are manufactured and shipped by an external provider specialized in printing and order fulfillment (Printful).
RPM 787 Clothing is responsible for customer service and claim management. However, production timelines, reprints, or replacements may depend on the external provider.
Claims regarding manufacturing defects, printing errors, incorrect products, or damage during shipping must be reported exclusively through our Return and Claim Form within the timeframe established in our policies.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
Each case will be evaluated individually and may be resolved through:
- Product reprint
- Replacement
- Partial or full refund, as applicable
RPM 787 Clothing reserves the right to reject fraudulent, incomplete, or late claims.
