Print on Demand and Liability

RPM 787 Clothing operates under a Print-on-Demand model. Products are manufactured and shipped by an external provider specialized in printing and order fulfillment (Printful).

RPM 787 Clothing is responsible for customer service and claims management. However, production times, reprints, or replacements may depend on the external provider.

Claims for manufacturing defects, printing errors, incorrect products, or shipping damage must be reported exclusively through our Claims and Returns Form within the timeframe established in our policies.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each case will be evaluated individually and may be resolved through:

• Product reprint
• Replacement
• Partial or full refund, as applicable

RPM 787 Clothing reserves the right to reject fraudulent, incomplete, or late claims.
